This system consists of a Micro Readers (RDRMIC), Remote Receivers (DRC-2) and Emergency Access Pendants (TRNPNC). The RDRMIC reads the transponder device, granting access, while the DRC-2 captures the long range RF signal emitted by the pendant when the emergency button is depressed. Each pendant is uniquely coded, no users are easily added to the system and lost or stolen pendants are easily cancelled.
PROTECTION: Offers condominiums a highly adaptable and comprehensive system to solve all emergency response requirements. Residents will be protected on their way to and from the parking lot and in common areas of the building.

RF Transmitter Keychain Pendant
The RF Transmitter Keychain Pendant has been an important component of the Condoplex product line for many years. The Pendant has proven to be a very reliable and cost effective product for garage entry and emergency response systems.
This device is manufactured under two product codes: The (ATRI) for Access Control, used primanly for garage and door entry and the (ETRI) when used as an Emergency Response Pendant. Both devices can easily be added or removed from the system.
With the simple push of the Pendant button, a radio wave is emitted identifying the user of the Pendant. A remote receiver (DCR-2) captures the Rf signal reporting the user’s identity and location within the building. This information is then used
to either control access or in the case of an emergency, to direct assistance to the pendant holder.
CONTROLLED ACCESS (ATR 1): The RF Pendant is a practical and cost effective device when used to control garage I door entry.
When used as a door entry device, the RF pendant provides a great deal of convenience as the user does not have to fumble through
their wallet for cards or stop to enter codes into a keypad unit. The Rf Pendant, as it is attached to a keychain, Is also less likely to
be stolen or forgotten by residents accessing recreation or storage facilties.
PROTECTION (ETR 1): Offers condominiums a highly adaptable and comprehensive system to solve all emergency response
requirements. Residents will be protected on their way to and from the parking lot and in common areas of the building. A simple
press of a button on the keychain transmitter summons help, while identifying the user and location. Using a powerful multiplexed data network
to link radio receivers and remote output devices, the system can:
- Automatically open an audio channel on the nearest RPS-I panic
station for 2-way voice communications to the distressed resident
- Activate local sirens I strobes
- Provide video locking
- Notify remote monitoring stations
All emergency response signals generate an alarm condition which is recorded in the computer logs.
Wireless Medic Alert Pendant
The Wireless Medic alert Pendant is usually worn at all times while within the suite. When the button is activated, it will summon immediate attention from anywhere within the suite.
When depressed, the button will sound an alarm at the security desk identifying the alarm type and suite. If the optional 2600A (Suite Alarm with Intercom) is purchased, audio communications with the desk is automatically activated.
DCR-2 Remote Receiver
The Condoplex DCR-2 Receiver is the ideal personal attack and access control solution for both condominium and office parking areas. Cost effective for small systems yet powerful enough to handle large systems with thousands of transmitters.
Each suite is supplied with a key chain transmitter containing an unique code. Up to 8 transmitters can be assigned to each suite. New transmitters are easily added to the system and lost or stolen ones are easily cancelled. An access level for each suite determines which doors are accessible.
Personal attack is transmitted to the controlling computer when a panic transmitter button is pressed. The computer can then
control a local siren or camera using an optional relay (ROM).
Up to 200 garage doors or barrier gates can be accessed using a single button key chain transmitter (PTR-1). An on board relay is activated by the computer if a valid transmitter is used. Each receiver is assigned an address on the network line. Addresses are set on the receiver via DIP-switches. All other programming is done through a PC. All reports are logged and can be retrieved and displayed at any time.
